Information we collect

For the RivetRoster early-access waitlist, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, trade, Pennsylvania county, crew size, and whether you consented to SMS/text updates. We also count one landing-page visit per first-party browser session using a random session key. We do not use IP addresses or device fingerprints for this count.

How we use it

We use waitlist details to understand contractor needs, manage invitations, and send early-access or launch-related email updates. Optional phone numbers and SMS consent status are stored with the request. We never sell this information. No text messages are sent in this release, and we will not text you unless you explicitly opt in.

Your choices and opt out

To stop email updates, reply “unsubscribe” to an email or contact us at contact@rivetroster.com. If you have opted in to text updates, reply STOP to opt out of texts. SMS consent is optional and is not required to join the waitlist.

Retention and contact

We keep waitlist details while they are needed to manage early access and related follow-up. For privacy requests, use the contact address above. The address is shown for contact instructions; confirmation email sender and reply-address branding is not represented as enabled.
